Located in the heart of Ramat Gan’s Diamond Exchange District, the original building suffered from years of severe neglect and poor maintenance. The goal was to breathe new life into the structure by completely reimagining its core function.

A modern Co-Living model tailored for singles aged 25-35. Focusing our intervention on the 4th floor and the rooftop, we created a layout that perfectly balances privacy with community. Residents enjoy their own compact, private bedrooms, while sharing high-quality communal spaces: the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. As a finishing touch, the neglected rooftop was transformed into a shared art gallery, elevating the living experience.
